Updating wine and beer potential

Right then, i haven't updated for a while, what with christmas and an engagement to deal with!

I haven't done that much more - i've set another 3 gallons of orange wine going, that's about it.

We've tasted the 'christmas' orange wine, and though successful, it's still a work in practice. It was unique, definitely a rose, so needed chilling, but there was a hint of warmth from the cloves and cinammon.
Next time i think it needs more spices, and more of each of them to really flavour the wine.

My new years resolution of sorts is to get a couple of lager kits and possibly some proper lager yeast to get brewed during the colder weather. Then i can store it away ready to drink in the summer!
