gym st georges day

Random one for the gym today- i did about 12 minutes on the cross traiiner and kept hr at 145 average.
I managed 100 sit ups on the swiss ball and 2 x 15 either side of side sit ups and full ext's with 5kg.
I also did 2 x 15 reps on quad machine plus one routine on leg press (20 x leg press normal, 50 x toe ext's and 20 x press knees together legs high on press board) ar 40kg. Would have done more but i felt a twinge starting in left thigh on commencing 2nd leg press routine.
I think i should focus on cardio for a couple of weeks as i'm feeling quite out of shape. We'll see after this wkend at tour 0!

gym 22-04

Gym today.
I did about 15 minutes on the cross trainer, trying to keep hr at around 145. I managed an average of 143. I tried to keep calorie burning to 10 a minute but was offset by a delayed start for some stretching.
I also did a quick round of core stuff, sit ups, crunches, reverse curls and leg extensions- 1 set of 15 of each.
Also did 3 sets of 15 each on the mid row - 30kg- and the fly -20 kg.
Bearing in mind it's my first workout since 3rd april really, it was light but left me satisfied I'd done something. Next step is to move up a notch.

testing one two...

I've got a new phone, which I think will help me do more blogging. I do think I could put more effort in to this and may find it useful .
